The OrangeTheory workout is a results-focused workout like no other, it uses heart-rate-monitored interval training and short bursts of exercise to arouse fat and caloric burn during and after the workout. It’s supported by the science of Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). After cardiovascular exercise or weight training, your body continues to need oxygen at a higher rate than before the exercise began. Also known as oxygen debt, your body continues to use oxygen and burn more calories as if you were still working out.
 
OrangeTheory trainers guide fitness enthusiasts through a 60-minute workout using treadmills, indoor rowing and weight room/resistance training blocks. Each session is new and specially designed for all fitness levels.
