Gabbie’s Pizza was established in 2010 after Gabrielle (Gabbie) graduated from the University of Central Florida. Not knowing what path to take, she followed the family business considering her experience growing up in 3 of her parents restaurants since 10 years old. From assisting her dad Alfredo in the kitchen at Alfredo’s Italian Restaurant with cooking gourmet Italian dishes to helping her mom Anna in the front of the house serving guests, Gabbie has learned from the best. Now as the manager of Gabbie’s Pizza, fresh quality ingredients and excellent customer service is her top priority. Gabbie’s offers not only the best pizza but a wide array of classic Italian dinners made by Chef Donald Uzzle who is known for his fine dining dinners that were prepared at Alfredo’s Italian Restaurant for 10 years. He is proud to be back with the Orza family and they are beyond proud to have him. Whether it’s a pizza or chicken marsala, a date night or a family outing, Gabbie’s has something for everyone.
